Adult Therapy

Life experiences—especially overwhelming or unresolved ones—can leave lasting imprints on the nervous system, affecting how we feel, relate, and respond to stress. Adult therapy offers a supportive space to explore these experiences with care, safety, and respect for your pace.

I offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Somatic Experiencing, two evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches that help process past experiences while gently restoring the body’s natural capacity for regulation and resilience. Rather than focusing only on talking about events, this work attends to how experiences are held in both the mind and the body.

Together, we work to reduce the impact of trauma, chronic stress, and emotional patterns that no longer serve you, while strengthening your ability to feel grounded, present, and connected. Adult therapy can support healing from trauma, anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions, helping you move forward with greater clarity and ease.

Sessions are offered in person or via Telehealth.
